I just went thru this. For the past 8 weeks. Have you checked the voltage at the fuel pump? You need to check under load as well. What fuel are you running? Your short term fuel trims are a little high. Need to be under 1.00. I had two issues. Under load at the fuel pump i had 9.2 volts. Had to rewire. Also I am on E85 and with DI the fuel system couldn’t keep up at 29lbs of boost. Once the voltage was right at the fuel pump we had to back the boost down to 27lbs on DI. Solved the problem. Now my STFT’s are .95.

With the HPFPs crashing on good LPFP pressure it’s something in the tune. On one Paul tune I forgot to set my HPFP setting to Original or I got crashes. Gotta ask your tuner.

Who are you tuned by?

this happened to me as well on a paul tune.
my hpfp’s kept crashing even on just 93 oct. LPFP was perfect. turned out on bm3, i had to switch the hpfp setting to “ORGINAL” and then i never had that problem again.

I'm tuned with RKTunes. I don't recommend.
Haven't actually dynod, just estimating based on a few comparable DI-only setups. It could be a bit more.
Precision raceworks replied that I shouldn’t be concerned since it’s a shadow code and my lpfp logs look fine at 75-84 psi.

Where specifically did you check the voltage at? Any pics for guidance would be appreciated

I talked with the tuner and he said to put it on Nostrum. I will check again maybe with Nostrum to see what they say

Awesome thanks for following up on this.

This thread will see some delays for a bit, my power steering just randomly decided to exit the building last night while driving in the rain. If anyone knows a solution to this please let me know 😂

Check the voltage at the hat under rear seat. We checked voltage under wide open throttle as well. Sorry don’t have pictures. You can google and find some pictures.

I had a similar setup fuel system, except with the Nostrum Stage 2 Injectors.
Was able to run full E85 and 30min no problem. Car was tuned on EcuTek utilizing Nostrum suggested parameters for the HPFP and DI scaling. I have heard of issues when using the BM3 config settings. It’s typically better to have your tuner input the necessary changes in the “original” map.

I eventually upgraded to the Nostrum Stage 3 Injectors and latest 240bar HPFP.
It offers a lot more headroom than expected.

Not to take too much away from the thread, but if you end up having hardware issues with your HPFP, I am selling my Nostrum 240bar HPFP. I am selling mainly due to having to turn down the power of the car for road course purposes, it is way over kill for my needs.

Made 800whp on DI only, full E85 without breaking a sweat.

Were you having issue at idle aswell or only under wot?

I suddenly started having rough idle with the car barely starting. Fuel trims are almost maxxed out rich, adding 30% and lean dme codes.

Is the lpfp spiking close to 100 psi normal ?

Running stage 3 lpfp
Dorch hpfp
Eu5s

I switched tunes a few times but still getting the same issue.

This is a idle data log if anyone has any input I’d really appreciate it.
