I'm not blaming you or anything. It just seems like to me no one really cares we're in the middle of a epic natural disaster and there's not much we can do except maybe rain dance?

Nobody does care, it's an agricultural state so water will keep being savaged either way. Is taking shorter showers and not washing our cars won't alter the impact of farmers.
