bootmod3 app version 2 is Now Available!🔥😍



What would the BM3 WiFi Adapter be without a brand new completely reimagined user experience? We are beyond excited to share the brand new bootmod3 v2 app with you.

Over the years we have been able to gather incredible feedback from users on how to improve and, 2 years later, we're ready to show it to you finally! We're not stopping here as there's still much more to come but here's what we've done..

Over 400 tasks have been completed during its development with primary focus on the following:

🔸 New User Interface
◦ App entirely rewritten/redesigned using the latest tech to enhance usability for the widest possible range of mobile and desktop/laptop devices.

🔸 Multi-Language Support
◦ We've added support for close to 30 languages. Choose your native language from the Settings screen and all the app's text, buttons, will be translated!

🔸 Multi-Login Vehicle Switching Support
◦ Minimize logins for easy management across multiple accounts and vehicles
◦ Auto-switch between accounts depending on vehicle connected

🔸 Offline Support
◦ Access all app features without internet access including offline flashing and DME re-lock

🔸 Dashboard
◦ Multiple dash screens and customizable gauge layout
◦ Configure dashboard look and feel, Min/Max Alerts and view them in a dedicated screen

🔸 Maps
◦ OTS Maps full re-org - now entirely managed in their own screen, organized by Stage with a simple octane selector
◦ Simplified user experience when looking at the vast selection of bootmod3 OTS Maps for each engine type
◦ Auto-download of Custom Map updates on My Maps
◦ Easy sorting and search

🔸 Datalog Charting
◦ Datalogs get charted in landscape mode with improved tap, pinch/zoom support and with channels displayed in a separate tab to the right
◦ Charts are now entirely usable even on smaller screens!
◦ Toggle channels on/off on charts easily with a search

Cool stuff. Can someone confirm WiFi adapter v2 is all I need for F80. Looks like the v3 is for g80,eh? I’m already flashed to stage 1 multimap

I see under “my maps” all that I have showing now is my original stock tune. No more stage one as well. Do we need to download it again in order for it to show under “my maps?”

Yes, in the OTS maps go to Stage 1, pick your previously chosen fuel from the drop-down (you should see a little cloud icon to indicate that’s what you downloaded before). Then on the Stage 1 click on the little cloud icon in the corner to download the map locally. Do the same to download your stock map locally.

Looks like v3 helps with alarm issues on G80/82. Either will work for F80/82. v2 requires you to manually turn off if left plugged in. Whereas v3 if left plugged in goes into low power mode without much power drainage. If this is the case, v3 is certainly worth the extra $20.

How to find the Datalog Attribute List to pick what you log (not what shows on the dashboard).

I had to ask Dzenan how to find this!

May want to look at whatever OTS map you had before once downloaded. Seems all my custom settings within that map are all at default settings now. Including any custom burble setting which is going to be a huge pain in the @ss to set again.

I have a support ticket in now hoping there is a way to reastablish the original settings.

When connecting directly with a enet cable to an android phone with the help of an adapter will all these features be available?

Cable still works but wifi adapter is so much better and no wires everywhere
