FSC Rejection - OEM FSC CODE

Hey guys!

i patched a new replacement CIC with intel's cic patcher v2. After i did that, im tying to import FSC OEM CODES and they keep rejecting. Not sure whats happening but the cic patch says to resign the fsc with their own certifcates, did that but no luck. Trying to get some help! Willing to pay for someones coffee or time to learn with.
