I am trying to get MPE and I have Autowerke exhaust currently! What are thoughts on this? Is it worth the upgrade? Also, any offers for my 5k miles almost new Autowerke?

Got a great deal on a used MPE for my M4. Then I bit the bullet and shelled out $900 for the exhaust tips. Does anyone worry about getting the tips stolen? Has anyone had it happen? I was considering welding them on or using JB Weld in the set screws. Any advise?

Use rocksett not quite as permanent, but heat resistant.

Hello,
will buy new M4 F82 coupe. Problem is, new models 2019+ has OPF/GPF filters. Anyone has new M3/M4 with OPF/GPF filter? Is the sound really that bad as it seems? Is it better with competition packet and competition exhaust? Unfortunately, I dont know anyone with new M3/M4 2019+. Thank you |

I'm going to be doing a secondary cat delete to get a little extra sound- Anyone have clips of their setup on an otherwise stock car? Debating straight pipes vs. magnaflow resonators. I've been told the magnaflows get rid of some of the rasp, but also make it so it isn't much louder vs. stock. I'm looking for extra sound around town and when i get on it, but not much drone at highway speed. Basically, i want a "how it should have sounded from the factory" type setup. I also have ASM coded out fwiw.

You could used 270 or something stronger like bearing fit 638. With this on the grub screws no one will ever get it out. But yet it will be resistant to the exhaust temps and if you ever wanted to undo them just use a blow touch and heat them up and it voids the Loctite. Works a treat. Use the Loctite website for specs if you need back up, each one has a torgue figure and a temp range |
