LED vs HK vs 19 inch rims Black

Just submitted my build today, looks like:

M4
-AW
-6MT
-Exec package
-Adaptive suspension
-Lighting Package

Still unsure about the lighting package since the regular bi-xenon are cool and $2K is kind of steep knowing the tail lights were left out. I just really like the way the LEDs look at night like in the end of this video (skip to 3:43)

If I stick with the 18s I will get them painted black (probably powder coat asap)
and also I have yet to hear what HK sounds like but everybody seems to include it in their orders so it must be amazing. Going to a dealership on Friday to try and do a comparo between standard and HK sound (guessing the sound system in the F8x is the same as in a stock 3 or 4 series right?)


PS: Was also considering the 6NS enhanced usb bluetooth for $500 but I was told you could get that coded it in afterwards for much less

Back in the day people paid extra for Xenons bec they lid the road so much better.

LED's aren't that much brighter / better than Xenon's and they are not worth the price they are charging IMO.

Heard the HK speakers few hours ago. Impressed but the stock speakers are just fine for me I don't blast music out loud as often as I once used to, gonna pass

changed my mind again, Dropped the LEDs kept rims the $ numbers looked much better when you subtract $1900

Other benefit of HK speaker is the silver speaker cover on door panel instead of black on standard.
I think that gives quite nice contrast on boring black door panel area.

id think some more on that

the HK sound is pretty damn good and its not that much money. seems worth the cost to me.

I only have 4 options on my car (no packages) so its not like I am throwing money on any and all options

You drive the car from inside. So I voted for the HK, because I really like to listen to the music in the car. The other stuff - rims and LED are from the outside from the car and while driving doesn't give you more comfort or something... The Xenon works well, the 18'' rims could be just better for driving, so def. HK!

I had the LEDs on my order initially, and the bmw upgraded speakers, but that got replaced with HK and I switched from the ferric grey 19"s to the black 19"s.
I think if we have to have the engine sound pumped into the cabin then the HK will surely do a good job of it, so of the 3 I'd go with that.

Sorry for the ignorance but I am confused. I guees that the blue on has the LED's, the green as well? or the green has the Xenon ones?

They both have LEDs, and the car is actually yellow not green.

This! It's definitely more appealing imo. Plus the synthetic engine noise
