Black 666's on LSB M3 ZCP?

Most of the vehicle has gloss black trim. This includes the lower front grills and rear view mirrors. I've been thinking about going with black 666's to add to the aesthetic. Snapped a quick shot today and decided to Photoshop the wheels on to get a better idea of what it might look like.

Feel free to chime in with your thoughts.

I seriously don't get it when people drop 2-3+ grand for stock 20in wheels.

For the same price you can find much nicer HREs, BBS's and, Volks ( my personal favorite).

These wheels in a matter of a year or two will be worth nothing.

I've been contemplating on powdercoating mine black as well but I'm afraid that it might ruin the 3D effect that the wheel has. Would like to see it in person before I do it but there's hardly anybody who's tried it in my area.. Maybe plasti dip it first to see if you like it..

Nice photoshop job. You really can't tell it's photoshopped. I feel like the wheels loose depth when they are all black. I do think they still look great though. I'm torn.

Oh I see...

I'm more comparing used to used like a used competition wheel to a used HRE, BBS and, Volk. Brand new forged HREs are definitely too expensive.

I would leave it stock or wrap it not paint it.

I was thinking plasti-dip, but the multi-spoke design could make it a PITA to remove. Hence why I decided to Photoshop it first. However, the blacked out look is growing on me. Might end up plasti-dipping a set for track use next season.

Please tell me where you can find HRE or BBS for 2-3k. They range from 7-11k. Even used they go for 5-9k lol

In the marketplace there are quite a few great choices.

Hre flow form and certain BBS styles go easily for 2-3k.

There's a set of 18" volks 265/40 and 295/35 that are priced at over 2k with tires.

Flow forged doesn't count.

And those Volk's are 18's, $2k withOUT tires, and one has rash the size of Mt. Vesuvius. However, they're still a great deal if you're after forged 18's.

Forged Volk's are good bang for your buck used at ~$3k. The forged HRE/BBS category, used, is well north of that.

Lol buddy there was a set of forged HREs with 265/305 MPSS tires that just sold 3k with tires.

Those volks are worth every penny and probably worth low-mid 2 thousands with tires.

Also consider these new flow formed options they are the cool new thing.

So by that logic 437m are already worth nothing. Anyone want to give me their set free?

Also where are there HRE Forged for 2-3k with tires and the right offsets?

Flow forged is not the cool new thing.

Link to the HRE's that sold - I'm assuming they were either old, or FF.

Good luck finding clean, used 19" ZE40s with tires for less than $3500. The point is, aside from buying OEM ///M wheels, you're not finding legitimate, forged wheels for $2-3k with tires.
