Hi everyone,

We recently had the opportunity to park our new M4 next to our X1 and notice the color differences between these shades of orange. We thought you might like to see how the two different paint codes compare in person.

Sakhir Orange is just the best color I've seen from BMW in a while. I may be ordering another M6 if the 2016 facelift is compelling enough and even then I am planning on going Sakhir Orange AGAIN only this time with Amaro Brown leather. I really love this color.

Every time I see SO I think...that's a shade of red, not orange.

In certain photos it comes off looking red, in person there really isn't any red to it.

They must be colorblind or have color balance issues with their monitor?

It's much closer to red than orange. My crayola 64 pack says it's between red orange and burnt Siena. :-)
