Looking to buy a 2018 F80 in YMB with FULL Sakhir interior. 9/10 of the listing I see only have extended Sakhir, am I looking for a unicorn?

Also adding that I’m looking for a loaded model (minus CCB). Full leather, competition pack, executive pack, driving assist pack, power rear sunshade (had this in my E90 M3, can’t live without it now).

I’ll be listing my 2010 E90 M3 soon…

There were a total of 2632 F80s with extended SO. Total US F80 production was 16057. YMB was on 1695 F80s so I’d say YMB/Ext SO certainly wasn’t a common color combo. Unfortunately, SickFinga can no longer access the BMW data to collect production numbers and combos. When he did he could’ve told you the exact number of any exterior and interior color combo. He didn’t get a chance to even pull the F82 and F83 production numbers

NOTE: I incorrectly provided the extended SO leather production number. The full leather SO production number is 998.

that would be on the rarer side, being desirable is another topic. blue with red interior usually isn't a combo many want.

It's commonly known as the Superman combo!

Anything that isn't a individual color is not rare. It's common.

I’m searching for a 2018 Competition F80 DCT in Yas Marina and Sakhir Orange Full Leather.

Most that I’m finding are extended leather, not full.

Also want carbon roof and executive pack.

Have you seen the new M3/M4's? There's a reason only the clapped out ones go for sale anymore.

I have a 2015 YMB exterior with SO leather interior, 6 speed manual and carbon roof with the exec package. I'd be curious to know as well! Wonder if there is another registry we can get access to.

Hope you buy one! They are awesome

regardless if its rare, is NOT a good resale color combo. especially with baby blue, thats my opinion and many others, but its to each their own.

I’m actually open to black interior as well, but it HAS to be full leather. I’m surprised the vast majority of F80 (across all model years) were not optioned with full leather.

It’s funny when I see a car with executive package and CCBs but no full leather. Like they already dropped $8k for CCB, what’s $2600 for full leather?

My main non-negotiables in my F80 search are: 2018 YMB F80 DCT: comp pack, executive pack, carbon roof, and full leather.

Many of these cars were not spec'd by buyers but by dealers. Same goes with the new generations.

I ordered Individual Ivory White interior and I intentionally didn’t order full leather because I did not want leather on the top of my dash as well as on the lower half of the dash. The leather on the dash is known for wrinkling if left in the sun too long so that becomes a potential long term issue if you plan on keeping the car. I think this is the case with most people. It has nothing to do with spending another $2600.

BMW cut off access to the production data. There are no F82 and F83 complete life model production summaries available so why would accessing specific data on F80 exterior-interior color combos, w / & w/o full leather, w/ & w/o ZCP, w/ & w/o CF roof, etc. still be available? The days of requesting “how many of my spec are there?” ended at the beginning of 2020.

I incorrectly provided the extended SO leather production number. The full leather SO production number is 998. Post #2 was edited to include this information.

Looks like I'm looking for a needle in a haystack lol.

I'm open to other interior colors now...black or sakhir preferred. But Full Leather is a MUST!

I have Ivory White (IW) in my Moonstone Metallic F82. IW is extremely easy to keep clean and white. I’ve seen YMB/IW and it looks great.

full leather is a tough one. I have it, would have paid 5k for it....its a luxary car. but BMW did price it pretty wildly at 2.6 for literally a leather dash and door sills.

I had a ‘17 F82 and now a ‘20 F82. Both were similarly specced by the dealer except for color, trim, and ’20 has full leather. While full leather is nice, I wouldn’t have specced it myself.

The full leather makes it look and feel like an $80k+ car!

My current E90 M3 has the extended leather (lower dash/glove box, and transmission tunnel covered in leather) and it feels real good.

I feel like without full leather on F80, it’ll feel like the interior of an F30, which my girlfriend has…

Idk, never been in an F80 with extended vs full leather tho. Just going based off pictures and comparison to my girl’s F30

When ordered in combination with the executive package (for 2018 MY) full leather was only a $2650 option in the U.S….IMO thats not a lot of money when you’re spending $80-85k on a car already.

I’m so dissapointed to see how few dealers optioned them with full leather. Literally every single one of them 2018s are optioned with executive package but not full leather.

I guess it’s easier to sell a car with executive package and easier for the salesman to WOW the customer by demo the head up display and whatever other widgets that come with the executive package.

there is zero chance a dealer would option full leather as most of the car has leather with exec package....you gotta keep the sticker down.

I ordered mine and almost everyone who has full leather likely ordered their cars and probably still have them. I have a F80 MW SO full leather 6pd with only 35k miles
