Are calipers included? What brand are the pads and rotors? Is it just fronts or the rears too?

Yes - calipers, rotors and pads. Pads should be OEM. Front and rear.

Unfortunately the rotors do not account for much of the cost…at least in resale terms. If you're still interested in just the calipers/pads the price may not be discounted as much. Feel free to PM is still interested.
