Options for 19x9.5 ET35 / 19x10.5 ET25 rear

I was looking at a set of apex wheels that are 19x9.5 ET35 / 19x10.5 ET25 rear. These will be primarly track wheels.

What are the general tire size options for this setup?
Are those offsets anything to worry about? I am stock EDC atm. (Small chance of suspension in a few years)
Searched around the forums. Few people asking this question in long posts and no one answering them... I am new to the track world and the sizing of things.

Just trying to see if they would be a good idea for my first set of track wheels?

Fronts will need spacers, rear offset is way too aggressive and will compromise tire size in my opinion. That set really isn't even good for the street, let alone the track.

If you want a square track set you can rotate (and you probably do), Look for 4 x 10.0 ET25.

Staggered, I'd look for 9.5 ET 20-25 front and 10.5 ET 30-40 rear if stock height, probably ET 35-40 if lowered and you want to run a 295.

My most aggressive fitment was 18 x 10.5 ET 30 rear with a Conti ECS 285/40/18 street tire. It was a tight 1 finger gap between inner fender and tire sidewall on lowering springs. No way a 295 would've worked. Probably would have with stock height, but it's just not ideal.

Yeah, these are not my first choice. Specially 19". Just a set a saw available.
Figured those were some sort of odd sizing.

Ive been mainly looking into squared 18x10" ET25.
or staggered F: 18x10" ET25 R: 18x11" ET44.
