Is there any difference between RKP and M Performance front lip beside materials? They look pretty much identical in dimension/shape but I'm not 100% sure?

I really like the Status Gruppe and RKP rear diffusers in 1x1 plain.

The RKP version actually comes forward a bit more (compared to M-Performance lip). Another big plus with the RKP lip is that you can use it without the CF M-Perf splitters.

I didn't know this, that's not good. I had always planned to get the M perf lip on it's own when my car arrives, as I'm not a fan of the carbon splitters, I prefer the splitters color coded. This really throws a spanner in the works.

So you're saying I can't just buy the M perf front splitter on it's own and just install that? If that's the case, I have a big decision pending now which way to go. It's really thrown me off now.

I had the same dilemma you had. I've even thought of plastic welding the gap. After seeing the lip in person, I decided it was just too much work to make it worth while. Although I don't hate the CF splitters, I prefer the lines without them. In the end I just got the CF splitters.

I just wish the splitters (and every other M option for the exterior) were 1x1 weave. That's why I went with the lightweight option.

i'm sorry if this has been asked already and I have missed it, but does anyone know if the M Performance front lip sits lower than the lowest point of the existing stock bumper? i.e. will it catch on road humps/speed bumps?
thanks
