Apple Carplay Issue for NbtEvo_N

Hello everyone,

I'm a new F series user. My vehicle has the Nbtevo_N version. I can see Apple CarPlay in the Media tab, but I can't select it. When I try to connect with Apple CarPlay, I get an error message saying, "Carplay cannot be establish." It gives this error instantly, without attempting to scan. My Wi-Fi hotspot connection is working, so I don't think the issue is with the antenna. Before attempting reactivation, I wanted to ask you about this. I would be very happy if you could share your ideas.

go to connected drive, click update bmw online, then close and lock car for 10 minutes
