Good luck. I want to see should I buy a build engine from Steve or just buy parts and have local shop to build it.

Pretty high hopes imo if you're expecting 1000whp+ and by tomorrow. My guess is your PI system will need a bunch of adjusting and then you're counting on everything being 100% working condition...then the turbos which really shouldn't be pushed past 800whp to have a reliable setup imo. Don't listen to anyone here about what to expect because anyone who has a big power S55 will tell you it's been a long journey to get there.

What up y'all,

No reliable pictures or any videos yet but per ssr staff 91 gas made around 650 whp. They said they don't think the 91 will need more fine tuning but we will see tomorrow.

First run with E85 without meth, was around 800whp. They ran out of time because HCP is in a totally different time zone so coordinating together is hard but worth it in the end.

Once everything is complete I'll make sure to get pics / videos form ssr.

I've waited 8 months for the car to be completed and we're approaching the end. I'm pretty excited.

You're right and in these 8 months (mostly waiting for parts) I realized you just gotta be patient and let the pros do their work and try not to rush them.. been super patient. I know they're doing everything they can. Ssr is legit and won't give me back the car until it's 100%.

I'd be lying if said i wouldn't be disappointed if I don't reach 1000 Hp with all the money and time spent but it is what it is

SSR squeezed 930 WHP this morning without meth… still fine tuning things.

HCP recommended to buy GARRET cooler and a new radiator made by Kratos sister company. So I did and that should better improve results.

Great results thus far, but there's plenty of room left for improvement. Our Chief Engineer has been conversing with Halim during the tuning process regarding where the car is at currently powerwise and your IAT issues with your current cooling system. You're also still well below the limit of your stock MAP sensor at 930whp based on the data we've seen and will produce significantly more power once you install the 4 Bar MAP sensor and updated cooling mods. We understand it's been a long journey to complete your build, but soon enough you'll be part of the KRATOS 4 Digit Club!

he's using the new Kratos KRAS55EVO turbos which are bigger. The smaller KRAS55Bi are the ones that shouldn't be pushed past 800whp.

Ah they looked very similar to the bi's but I missed that. Looking forward to the results; sounding ok so far!

If possible could you share 91's dyno graph. I am at 630 now but with 50/50 meth. Not a big fan of e85.. my goal is 680 on 91 pump gas. (Maybe mix with 1 gal of e85 which just available to me recently)

We always advertise at 85% maximum efficiency for our turbo systems. The main reason being that not all builds utilize the same supporting mods and 850whp for our KRAS55Bi's is easily achievable with even basic mods on a built engine. However, our KRAS55Bi's are in fact capable of supporting 1000whp safely as it's within the limits of their maximum adiabatic efficiency as shown with many dyno results posted. Our KRAS5EVO's also have the capability to produce 1000whp+ safely but at a much lower shaft speed as a result of our higher flowing compressor and turbine wheel combination which support a higher overall adiabatic efficiency. The end result is a broader torque band, more power overall, more sustained power to the rev limiter at power levels above 1000whp, and reduced overall backpressure.

Do you are have a dyno graph to compare the 2 turbos so we can see the spool up and power difference?

For whatever reason the car power is coming back low. Tested for boost leaks and determined engine health was perfect but still making low power. It was making better power when the CSF charge cooler was in place but funny thing is with the Garret cooler it's not hot at all, csf cooler you can cook eggs on it after a couple dyno pulls
