Not bothering me as I don’t have the issue with genuine OEM Equipment in the NAV.

It’s just you contradicting yourself in your words and actions that is confusing.

And you are simply supplying a date real time summary on how this transaction has been going on since December of 2023 while you “have no patience for wasting time”.

Im man enough to admit when Im wrong, so here it is.

The unit i sent back to them bc it was the wrong version (wrong unit was EVO as opposed to NBT EVO, which I needed/have), was returned and recieved by them on January 30th, USPS confirmed signature with delivery.

Ive been holding off on writing this because I did want to give them a chance...but motherfuckers, I still haven't recieved the correct unit.

A tracking number was "created" on February 22nd, but nothing has happened..."shipment ready for UPS" still.

Asked them for an update, no timeline was given, just "we will email you when it ships" has been the response for 4 weeks now.

In all seriousness FUCK BIMMERPLUG.

I WAS WRONG TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I admit it...

Do NOT fucking do business with these fucking muppets. End of story.
