It's The M4 GTS' Turn To Sport HRE's R101 Lightweights - A Wheels Boutique Build

The roll cage, the door strap pulls, the aggressive rear spoiler – when you look at the BMW M4 GTS you know it was made for the purpose of being thrashed on the track. In the pursuit of faster track times, the heavy (and polarizing style) of the OEM wheels wasn’t going to cut it. To fix that problem we set this customer up with the lightest of the light – HRE R101 LW’s. Weight for the 20”x9.5” fronts came in at 17.2 lbs while the 20”x11” rears weighed in at 18.2 lbs. For those keeping track at home, that’s lighter than the BBS FI-R’s for this F82. We made sure to go the extra mile to tie it all together by opting for HRE’s upgraded billet center caps and custom finishing the cross in the logo to Acid Orange. We’d be hard pressed to find a better blend of styling and performance than what you get from the R101 LW’s.

Wheel Specs:
HRE R101 lightweights
Size: 20”x9.5” // 20”x11”
Finish: Satin Charcoal
Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
Front Tire: 265/30/20
Rear Tire: 305/25/20
Center Cap: HRE Billet Cap

Thank you all for the warm response.

Can you believe they are even more lightweight for when built for the M2?!

HRE is the top of the food chain when it comes to custom wheels. I have tracked my P101's for 3 years with excellent results.

Some will say yes, others will say no. I see cars like this every single day and I think it looks perfect.

Killer. What offsets? Why not 275/30 front and why so small of 25 rear?

Thank you! Unfortunately HRE does not divulge offset information until a customer has placed an order a set.

This particular customer liked the look of this tire choice & fitment after seeing it on a few other M's that we completed and wanted to replicate that.
