It's my first time attempting this and followed Kies Motorsports Youtube video. It was quite challenging for me. After finishing up after a few hours, I connected the battery and turned the car on, and the wipers turn on and won't stop, and my LED steering wheel isn't turning on. Not sure what I did wrong.

I checked all the connections and they seemed to be good. I ended up going back to stock. Nt wipers always go off and nothing works from the combination switches such as turn signals, high beams, and wipers. I'm not sure if there is damage in the FEM or the clockspring.

Lol..hey there. I actually had an BMW indy shop install it for me and reset it via ISTA-D. I think when I connected the battery with the airbag disconnected, it caused things to go haywire on the system, or it could've been from connecting and disconnecting the wires in the FEM, I don't exactly know, but the problem was coming from FUSE 10 in the FEM I think. It just needs to be reset eith ISTA-D.
