Did I received a knock off M-perf rear diffuser?

I recently bought a M Performance Rear Diffuser #51192350697 from a private seller on eBay. It was listed brand new genuine OEM part. When I received the diffuser, it doesn't have the QR code label like other OEM aero parts I purchased from authorized BMW dealer. It shows as Made in Italy instead of Sokovia (rear truck spoiler).

Does it look like OEM part or a knock-off? Thanks!

Can't tell you 100% whether it's real or not, but I can tell you for sure that it looks pretty beat up

The picture is back of the diffuser, which is pretty normal not being smooth.

Where is Sokovia? Is it anywhere near Covfefe?

I've seen the sticker on this part say made in Italy and Romania. It appears BMW has a few different places manufacturing this part.
