Turbo coolant line replacement

Hi all, my rear turbo coolant line needs to be replaced, does anyone know what the process is for this? It looks like a royal pain to get to, so does the turbo have to be removed/engine have to be dropped, or can they somehow replace it without doing that? Thank you!

raise engine and you will have enough space, is a royal pain but can be done.
