BootMod3 GTS tune flash questions

Hi all, I was wondering if you can code in catless downpipes with the GTS tune. I have downpipes and other bolt-ons, but want to keep my car as reliable as possible with a "stage 0" tune while being able to customize burbles, start-ups, etc, and also code the CEL out from my downpipes. Are there other things you can change with just the GTS tune also? Thank you!

Their website tells you all the parameters that can be modified.
