FS: 2016 M4 F83 in SF / Mineral Grey Full Leather

I'm relocating - need to sell 2016 M4 Convertible.
Mineral Grey Metallic
Black Full Leather
49,550 miles, still under warranty (barely!)
Always garaged

Asking $40K obo. KBB is 40-44K private party, with an average of 42K. I do have a loan on the car I'll pay off to get the title.

About the car:

-Bought used from BMW Weatherford in Berkeley.
-Wheels are black 459's.
-I Have window sticker, pretty fully optioned up (I can't think of an option it does not have other than Competition Package, Carbon Brakes & LED lights). Xenon lights, black full leather on dash and doors, HK stereo, rear camera, carbon fiber inside, carbon fiber shifter, electronic suspension, DCT, F&R parking sensors, HUD, Blind Spot alert/drivers assistance stuff, Exec package.

Also of note:
-- Black front grilles added
-- Added striped front competition seatbelts (looks amazing, original drivers seatbelt was not retracting getting caught in door when I bought it, BMW also warrantied the drivers door panel which had leather damage)
-- BMW replaced cracking headrest lights (perfect now!)
-- Has K40 latest system stealth installed w/ laser front & radar front/rear (super awesome and I'd bought in Atlanta before moving to SF)
--I replaced steering wheel w/ new (original had discoloration on top)
--Front brakes replaced under BMW plan (pads/rotors) and any issues have been taken care of.
- PPF from best shop in SF Bay Area/Fremont (1200 bucks) on front bumper.

Cosmetics:
-No paint swirl of note, it's only been hand washed by me.
-Minimal if any interior wear, drivers bolster shows a small amount but looks fine.
-Exterior is great no issues other than a few errant paint nicks and chips on hood from driving (no door dings or parking lot damage on the sides anywhere!)
- Few small rock nicks on hood and little wear on sill panels from rocks getting kicked up from wheels (like every M car).
-Wheels - no scuffs whatsoever.
-No accidents.

Note the pic of interior is from a few mos ago and doesn't show the new seatbelts or CF shifter, it's currently at Weatherford BMW getting rear brakes replaced under the BMW maintenance plan (so TBD if they'll do pads, or pads and rotors). Will get pics of the car when it's back.

Basically it's a great car. The K40 rocks. Last oil change in Nov 2019 and fully serviced up!

I'm a fanatical owner and the car is very very good. Selling as my Porsche is getting the only garage spot in the new house.
