I’m just in here to be nosy about how a CF roof was associated with springs. Carry on.
Best of luck on sale 👍

Spring rates are different based on the weight of the car but good question bud

I really doubt that.

Spring rates are intrinsic to the spring. So your spring may compress a little less because you have CF roof, but it's the same spring as someone with a sunroof.

Well I have a CF roof AND carbon cloth seats so my springs rates will be different. I always keep a spare set of springs in the trunk when I load up my trunk with hookers. Dem b!tches get heavy.

Fellows, some facts, lets move on

Quoting another forum member:

M4 CS Springs/dampers:
M4 CS/ZCP w/DCT or Sunroof Front Spring - 31337857356
M4 CS/ZCP w/Sunroof Rear Spring - 33537857312
M4 CS/ZCP Front Damper Left - 31318008627
M4 CS/ZCP Front Damper Right - 31318008628
M4 CS/non-ZCP Front Sway - 31352284760
M4 CS/ZCP Rear Sway - 33557853266

M3 CS Springs (all other parts are shared with the M4 CS):
M3 CS/non-ZCP Front Spring (DCT): 31337847701*
M3 CS/non-ZCP Front Spring (6MT): 31337847700**
M3 CS/non-ZCP Rear Spring: 33537847710*

*Note: Oddly, these spring part numbers are also used in the regular M3. Given how unlikely this seems, it is possible that the BMW spring table is incorrect. I will check their spring table periodically to see if these part numbers change. Feel free to check these on your own as well. To do so, you will need the last 7 digits of an M3 CS vin (5K99072).

**Note: Although the 6MT M3 CS does not actually exist, BMW's spring table will allow you to configure a 6MT version of the M3 CS and will even provide you with an appropriate part number.

Source:
All part numbers are directly from the BMW part catalog.

Sorry to burst your bubble, it has more to do with the fact that it’s a CS and or ZCP than weight from a CF roof. As you can see, they don’t list different pn for CF roof AND CS and or ZCP.
It would read
CS w sunroof w DCT - pn aaa
CS w CF roof w DCT - pn bbb
CS w sunroof w/o DCT - pn ccc
CS w CF roof w/o DCT - pn ddd

CS w ZCP w sunroof w DCT - pn eee
CS w ZCP w CF roof w DCT - pn fff
CS w ZCP w sunroof w/o DCT - pn ggg
CS w ZCP w CF roof w/o DCT - pn hhh
Hopefully you get the idea

If you have a CS, this is a different story but still has no bearing on CF roof

Just say you have OEM springs from your M3 or M4, with or without ZCP as the spring specifications are different.

Using the ETK spring table if I configure an F80 with DCT, electric seats w/memory, and hifi or HK speaker system it says the springs are:
Front: 31337847701
Rear: 33537847710

If I add the "glass roof, electrical" option on top of that the rear spring PN changes to: 33537847711

Okay, so I may have been wrong about the spring rates, I did ask, but the part numbers are different. In either case, is anybody looking for a set of OEM springs,
