Take it to the track.

This is the worst way of “Proving” the performance of a tune.
Why not share a dyno graph as others have said?

I then called and spoke with ex race car driver "Karl Troy" owner of European road and racing in Charleston South Carolina that I respect immensely and trust to validate this company and tune. Knowing that he would shoot me straight and be honest I asked him a ton of questions and he had nothing but great things to say about the software and tune. Keep in mind "Karl Troy" mentioned above is not the same guy that tuned my car so he was giving me his unbiased experience. I put more trust in Karl Troy with his racing background and knowledge of tuned BMW's than people's opinions on forums. Also people here are trying to flame me for sharing my experience about my car that I pad my money for is silly if you ask me.

If you want to be assured you get a quality product you consult and expert. I'm not an expert which is why I say call the experts of you have questions.
And how exactly did this "Karl Troy" validate the company and tune? Per your own posts and Noelle's terms, the only way to validate the tune is to drive the car. Pretty shallow level of "validation" if you ask me. Does he happen to drive many Noelle tuned cars? If so, begs the question of how and why. Is he a distributor/installer for Noelle? How did he validate the company itself? A forum full of enthusiasts (prospective buyers) and sponsors (prospective distributors) are all saying this company and its practices are a black box. Yet "Karl Troy" is somehow enlightened enough about Noelle and its offerings to stake his own reputation to a random purchaser? Who in their right mind would do that? But if they do, more likely then not they are not unbiased.

Noelle's whole, if you try to validate our tune, your car will explode is non-sense. Decades of dyno-testing and probably millions of cars have proven this to be a completely ungrounded assertion. Seems more like, don't try to validate our tune, we don't want you to see whose IP we reverse engineered and are worried our own skins to the extent you do. Or it may be like overpromising and underdelivering like the other long time, established supplier in the BMW aftermarket.

I'm agreeing 100%, but I will say, I think he's in the passenger seat and not driving...but agree that's not the best location to do pulls.

There's no one on the road. He's endangering himself only.

It's not like he was weaving in and out of traffic. Wasn't too crazy man.

That is not how you drive on the Autobahn (weaving in and out of lanes to avoid traffic).

Also if there are no limit people can expect you to come flying although you should still be careful going like 190 when they go like 90.

OH! you mean like in LA? yeah...driving like a total dick around other cars & traffic is 100% normal there. and I am not saying you do but I get why this would seam like no big deal.

if any one of those 3 cars he passed didn't see him coming and decided to change lanes at the wrong time causing the M driver to swerve or actually clip the other car at well over 100 mph. Its obvious the end result would suck, a lot.

just calling you out for saying there was only risk to himself.

If those three drivers didn’t see him speeding in the third lane then that would make them the bad drivers. People speed on the highway. That’s why it’s called a highway. Not just in LA, either.

Not trying to be obtuse; just don’t understand people complaining about drivers speeding on highways.

Would be funny if they just flashed a BM3 tune and call it Noelle tune and then sell it to people for $3000.
