It seems like a lot of people in this thread need to discover this thing called the "credit card chargeback".

I'm working through that with my cc now. They're actually asking for more documentation than when I last used the service a couple years ago. Hopefully they'll be able to get things sorted.

Will never purchase from Bimmerplug again. I have sent them 5 emails trying to ask how I can return a trunk emblem that I purchased which was the wrong size. I am giving up and just having an extra at this point, not worth the hassle.

I Also received an M4 emblem that failed immediately after I installed it. Sticker literally lifted 4 minutes after install, just cause I was trying to wipe the fingerprints off of it. I have asked them 4 times if they can send me a new sticker, or exchange the logo, or refund my money but they have refused to acknowledge my 4 questions repeatedly asking the same thing over and over.

AND....Finally....now that I DO have 2 new emblems that match in size, they don't match in color. The carbon hood emblem mounts to a black roundel, but the carbon trunk roundel mounts to a chrome one.

Horrible quality control and customer service - I have purchased from them 3 times in the last couple weeks - never again and would advise no one else to either.

I am so glad I found this thread, I was about to purchase a 10.25 inch screen to upgrade mine in my 2016 m4. Now I will absolutely look elsewhere!!!!!

I’m not one to post, especially negative comments. Unfortunately, everything stated about BimmerPlug is true. Found this thread after placing an order. Immediately cancelled based on all the negative feedback (literally cancelled hours after placing the order).

I’ll spare everyone the details. Suffice to say they are trying to avoid a refund. Filed a claim naturally.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I wish i woudl have came across this thread last week. I actually just purchased M performance pedal set from them supposedly on sale for $99 branded on their site as "The BMW M Performance Stainless Steel Pedal Covers ."

https://bimmerplug.com/products/m-pe...42022235242747

The site was recommended by a co-worker I thought They were the OE ones on sale and the regular price was on par with the OE version. They are simply some rubber slip on covers with a stainless piece on top. The accelerator pedal the rubber in the center is like 1.2" higher than the rest of the pedal. Gonna have to pass. to craigslist they will go. lesson learned.

Return policy is store credit only, I wouldnt buy anything else form them so no point in that.

Same here bought so called m performance pedals and they are cheap knockoffs which you can get from Amazon or Alibaba for $20. They have contradictory info on their product description and what their policy. I wish I had seen this before ordering. They should be banned on this forum.

I ordered one hour and a few minutes ago and now came across this thread.
A full refund is only possible when canceling within one hour after the order was placed?
What kind of joke is that?

Bimmer.Plug are you serious with that?

I mistakenly made a big order through them and had so many issues with 3 different items I bought. There’s just too much to write about but my short piece of advice, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, I’m 38 years old and have been modding cars and dealing with 100’s of companies ever since I was 16. That is all.

Worst company to deal with. They claim it as OEM in the item description but it's cheap Chinese knockoffs. I filed charge back and letting amex handle the issue.

My order was already packed when they checked their mails.
I mailed them my cancelation within 70 minutes after ordering while they state i could cancel within one hour.

This is incredibly disappointing to read this feedback. I thought the pedal covers were OEM. The seller needs to make this clear.

I received the heritage floating center caps today.
I´m not really happy with the result.
The heritage lines are too thin and have the wrong colors.
The light blue is slightly darker and the dark blue is slighty purple.
Only the red is very near to the original heritage center caps.
I checked the website and they´re advertising with fake pictures.
The product pictures are showing heritage lines that look like the original lines but the product delivered doesn´t have the same dimensions.

Bimmer.Plug i asked you before ordering und you said the heritage floating center caps are "maintaining the OEM standards".
That´s clearly not the case and you advertised them with wrong pictures!

Check out https://euroactiveretrofits.com/ instead of these guys. Bimmerplug is basically ripping off Euro Active, stealing photos of their carbon fiber steering wheel selection, and options, its just crazy.
I have personally had a good experience with EAR.

I mean, it's not even that big of a deal to respond to emails. I had a ton of shit in my cart too, Lmao. We shall see, but I feel like I just got duped on the roundels - but still hoping for the best. Good luck to you all and if there's any proper resellers or spots online that respond quickly and have good parts, please let me know.

Or you can try RW Carbon in SoCal; unlike BimmerPlug, their customer service is stellar!

Exclamation Amazon>Bimmer Plug

Yeah so I appreciate the Sour Patch Kids bag or wtv blue candy yall gave me. (Dont know any reputable company that's ever done that) But Holy **** do the side markers suck. Spent $100 on em and they didn't even fit my e92 correctly lmaooooo. You can see how the body is indented for fitment compared to the dimensions of the markers. I bought the $15 amazon ones and oml do they fit better. I speculate they are the same product but it depends on chance whether they fit or not from their external supplier. Safe to say.... I was gonna give the site a second chance on some OLED tails for $900 but now reading everything... Im gonna pass. Money is not my concern necessarily, with that being said... Does anybody know of any company that creates quality BMW products specifically for E92's? (Don't tell me everything is sourced from Ali Express )

BTW the code "FOURTHOFJULY" doesn't work when I was making my decision whether to purchase.

I had a very similar experience with BP and will NEVER do business with them EVER again!

If you’re in SoCal, I highly recommend RW Carbon in Anaheim Hills; they’re an actual brick and mortar shop - have quality products - and even better customer service. Look them up!

Long story short, I didn’t realize BimmerPlug was so bad until I ordered from them. They have sent the wrong product twice in one week. Now they seem to be ignoring me. I’ve tried to come up with a resolution (for them) but they don’t seem to care. The person that answers the phone barely speaks or understands English, the customer service rep(s) don’t seem to have an ounce of resolve. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone; just an awful experience.

BP is terrible to deal with!

I bristle every time I receive a notification on this thread, i.e., someone else got fooled by their good advertising online; if only future customers knew about BP's customer service - or lack thereof...

I second this...unlike BP...RW carbon actually makes their own products. And are of top quality. BP claims to make them, but they are just a AliExpress drop shipper. They don't make anything in-house. Don't let them fool you!
