Congrats but 100 more whp than me and a few other E92's and we all ran faster at Atco. Your torque must make it difficult to launch?

How many total passes did you run before getting to that time?

I've got at least 200 passes but with different levels of whp. Started at high 400whp non intercooled 535 kit at mid 11's and ended at 10.65 with 600whp. I've run 10.7-10.8 at least 20x consistently with 60fts in the 1.7-1.8 range.

I'm sure when Op and Pure run that many passes on this car, the times will go lower

Thank you bro! Lol trust me... I will not miss it. Yeah I will miss the "no responsibilities" thing but if I ever have to study for 7+ days for 4 different subjects (patho, med chem, therapeutics, pharmacology) and still get nothing higher than a 70... Nah. Eff that lol
Hey Sky,

What are you using to take your pictures? And are those raw pictures or edited?

I wanted to but swamped with work right now. I'm going to try to go after next week. I did go last week and didn't tell anyone on the forums actually. Ran 10.8 twice at Cecil. It's the 60' thats killing the time. The car doesn't hiccup anymore up top.

I use line lock just to heat up the tires. Otherwise it's just launch control.

The 10.79 pass was the only pass where I managed to get a 1.7 60'. I've gone to the track two other times since and have never been able to get past a 1.8 60'. This particular run was 32 psi so around 675 whp

Thank you! Too late now for that unfortunately

I've been to the track two other times. Fueling and timing were both the issue during the 10.7 run which is why it was breaking up. I went back last week, but b/c of the 60' can't get a better time.

lol everyone thinks the car sounds really bad over video, but in person everyone says otherwise. It's something you have to hear in person

Not hard. Maybe like 3-4 hours? The AR Design line lock is a direct fit thankfully.

Yep. I can't do better than a 1.8 60'. The 10.79 was the first run ever with the turbos and the only time I managed a 1.7 60'. Every other time its been a consistent 1.8 60'. Pretty insane..

I have an idea to get a better launch by using the line locks. Hopefully it will do the trick.

It's great. I run in map 2 mostly now (I use to run map 8 - meth on stock turbo) and my map 2 is equivalent to almost my stock turbos maxed out. And that's just on pump gas. I highly recommend the PURE turbos to anyone.

Congrats on producing such an amazing beast. Your torque numbers seem huge. Was the Dodson clutch install difficult to do? Amazing how far we've come in a year with our cars!

Thanks man. It wasn't hard. It takes 2.5 hours to pull the transmission off these cars. Then I had to send out the clutch basket out to a shop called Sheptrans in Ohio whom work on GTR DCT transmissions all day long. They're the ones who installed the actual disks into the clutch basket. After that, it was as simple as putting the clutch basket back into the car. Very simple process.
