We recently had an incredible Fire Orange M4 make it’s way to our shop. He wanted some paint work done and we were happy to oblige. Everything we did was to be body matched to that eye popping orange.

We got to work on the interior first. We’ve shown a lot of different combinations that a BMW interior can be done. We’ve done seat backs, shifter bezels, steering wheel inserts, door trim, ect. This customer wanted to go simple especially with such a bright color. He opted to have just the dash trim painted. Next to the carbon on the dash, the splash of color really pops inside the cabin.

Next were the calipers. Again these were going to be Orange so we disassembled, got them in the booth and matched them spot on to the rest of the car. Against the black wheels these calipers shine though nicely without being too much.

The final piece was to fill the BBS logo on the lip of the wheel with the same Fire Orange. This is a painstaking process to get right. As you can see everything came together nicely.

The customer is awaiting parts. It will be lowered in the near future.

Yea we were curious when we heard about this car in this color but when it showed up it was like "my goodness!"

The stock blue calipers didn't look bad, but now it looks more put together.

I like matching caliper. However, bright color painted parts makes interior look cheap.
