I have a BMW employee lease I’m trying to get rid of, but lease can be only transferred to BMW employees, otherwise I have to sell the car and payoff the lease.

Transferring a lease is much much easier than selling.

If you’re a BMW employee interested in a 2018 M3 cheap lease, please PM me and we can discuss further details.

I’m located in Utah but will ship to another state if needed.

Are you sure about that? I personally swapped a lease from a BMW employee in an NJ dealer. I also helped a buddy swap another F80 from a Braman employee. Maybe they say you are not supposed to but people do it anyway...

First I've heard of such stipulation also, but maybe this is a new policy for BMW employees to prevent abuse of benefits.

It’s a new policy that started in January 2018.
