Then I noticed that 3 OEM stud bolts had sheared off at the right rear. I looked at the left side and 1 left rear bolt had sheared. I had no idea that the bolts or studs are consumables. I was very lucky. Top speed at this track for me is 136 mph.
So what other items are consumables? Maybe front lower control arms? I was following a Carrera S at Laguna and coming out of turn 6 his left front suspension broke and he went very straight right into tire wall. Big damage.

Let’s hear from other experiences with failures. We all want to stay safe.
Yeah lower control arms too. I never really notice play in them myself but the dealer ended up replacing them under warranty during the 2 or 3rd service. I normally hit the curbs when I'm on track so I assume that increases the wear rate (but I'm still on street tires).

Never had a OEM bolt shear *knock on wood* but that is concerning. However, I have seen many ppl at the track with that issue, but most of the time its ppl running "big grip" tires.
