My local dealer is always giving big discounts and there advertised prices usually include any and all incentives but I know they can go lower.

For example 12% discount without even asking: https://www.bmwofannapolis.com/inven...8m9c54j5l00446

LMK if you want my SAs contact information, he is a good guy.

All dealers in CA that I reached out are singing the same song " the M3s we have are very special to us and we don't want to discount":

I think invoice is still doable. But then they will play with MF and what not a bit.

Whats invoice on a $81k ZCP? That seems to be the most common ones on the lots near me.

That payment is 10% off MSRP and $4500 rebates/incentive on top. Not bad. If you don't mind me asking, where is the dealership you go? I still haven't find a dealership willing to do 10% off MSRP yet.

Yeah somewhere between 6 and 7% off MSRP..
Invoice before rebates is the best deal that I got so far.. I refuse to deal unless I get at least 10% off.. I guess I'm keeping my current ride for a while..

Yeah I am like fuck it don't care anyways. If they want to keep the cars they keep them.

Talked to Crevier and Susan told me 2000 off final deal. No wonder they have like 20 M3 on their lot.

I received two quotes today both cars were $81,095 msrp. Looks like they applied the lease incentive and loyalty ($4500) total. Just wondering if this is considered as a deal or am I over paying.

Dealer #1

Selling price - $70,540
Taxes - $2991.28
Acquisition - $925
First Month - $800

Down Payment - $369 (assuming dmv fees)
Total - $5182.78

Dealer #2

Selling price - $70,025
Taxes - $3088
Acquisition - $925
First Month - $819
Doc - $398
Dmv - $280
Total - $5510
