With all those discount and rebates, monthly still pretty high

please give some input. Thank you.
Doesn't sound like a very good deal but then again residuals are low and mf is high so there aren't good deals to be had. $1k+ payment for an M3? Hard pass for me.

I personally would not put any money down on a lease, let alone nearly $5k. All in all it seems to be about the going rate now which is a $1,000-$1,100 monthly payment. Wayyyy too much for an M3 IMO.

You pay tax on the entire car when you lease? Here in Florida we only pay tax on the monthly payment. Honestly it makes no sense to lease. Just finance at this point. Similar payment

Planning to go into the dealer tomorrow to sign for this deal for a 2019 M4:

MSRP: 83,065
Discount: 10,655
Selling Price: 72,410
Taxes/Fees: 5,286.80
Total: 77,696.80
36 month/10K Lease

$1,200 per month with no money down (I live in DC so the lease payment is taxed)

Wish I qualified for some of the programs but this is my first BMW, I'm not a recent grad and not a part of USAA. I feel like this is as good a deal as I'll be able to get.

Any thoughts?

Bmw recently released a new 4K incentive that included the m3. The other 1k I believe is loyalty.

Yeah that just happened. The $4k also applies to the CS. Some areas loyalty is $1k and other areas it's $750.

I see. It could just be a local thing for you. It would be good to know if this was a national thing

I can't find this offer either. There is a $4k incentive on the 3 series however.
