Rates are currently abysmal, hoping I can cherry pick a sweet deal come early to late fall.

I'm positive one could be found, if not, an M4 will have to suffice. Worse comes to worse, dig in a little deeper for a 911s, I'll survive BTW those CS models are sitting around these parts (CT).

I'm in a m3cs 36/36 for just over 800 with just taxes and fees down

U sure your resids are right off of msrp? Included the rebates and money being offered?
Whatttt

There are enough people who got deals the last few weeks that u should see 1000/mo is not a good deal. But honestly I'm done trying to convince....

So you got the price down to $80k then? Because that's the only way you get mid $800s before tax with zero down.

Open or closed end lease? 10k/36? I'm currently working on a deal.

You don't need to convince anybody. What you Need to do is post actual numbers. You may have got an amazing deal and that may have been a one off. But getting a CS at $800 a month is very very difficult

That I have posted the deal and shared screenshots of my deal and all I get on this board is BS questioning every nuance of a deal

I've given numbers, dealership contacts etc....

But then another smartass will post BS no way should be $1100. Let's just assume now that's what I paid.

Then I get PMs calling me liar, telling me I didn't get the deal etc...

I don't need this crap and I'll never share on here again.

I paid 1250/month and 10k down. Worst deal ever. Let me know when u get one.

Good luck

They'll definitely be M3s left by then, but BMW will probably have stopped lease support by then as well. So the only way to get into a left over 2018 M3 will be to finance/purchase outright.

When does lease support usually end? A lot of the M3's on the lots are August 2018 builds or newer up until Oct 2018.

In the past years lease support seemed to end around late winter or early spring. Looks like April 2017 for MY16s and April 2018 for MY17s. But the 2018s were produced longer into the year than any past MY and there is no new model to replace it. Lease support might last until late spring or mid summer. No way to tell for sure though. But I would expect residuals to drop again at some point before that.

Guys let me know if this is a good deal. I don't have the details of the deal but the price of the car is $79,780.00 and with taxes and fees down. My payment will be $725.00 full leather, ZCP. ZEC. 6sp. Driving assistance and stainless steel pedals.
