Sometimes the simplest answer is the best one. It's the price. While it's a nice car the MSRP is inflated with options most people would not select.

I've got two new people seriously interested (one I am talking to this weekend, and the other will be ready in 2-4 weeks to buy an M3), plus I have received 3 other inquiries over the past week that I am working with. I think with spring approaching it's going to sell soon. My last M3 took over a year to sell, and it was exactly what the guy who purchased was looking for (LSB color with manual transmission) and we were both happy with the sales price.

Yessss!!!! Finally!
Im glad it will find a good home. I wish I could afford it at the moment, I would've taken it no doubt. I have followed this thread since day one, it is exactly how I would've built it, although I'm torn between like 3-4 blues. I've never seen an Atlantis in person.

Thank you! Atlantis is the best blue I have ever seen on a car.

I loved this color but recently like the darker blues like SMB and Santorini

Hopefully it is sold... the suspense is killing me.

A lot of interest, people lined up left and right, multiple offers... and last minute no deal.

It's a nice car - someone should be driving it. The M gods are not happy

OP is the one that should be driving it. He bought 2 cars and decided to sell both of them after a short period. 1st one took a year to sell and everyone already knows about this one.

This is built to his exact spec, I vote for him to keep it.

Man, I'd love this but I have too much money committed to my 340i, and considering the rate I got from BMWFS I'd probably qualify to take over the financing. I really wish I would've looked at the F80 sale/lease takeover thread before I bought my car since there's some great cars/deals here, I've wanted a M3 but always went top 3 series tier instead, telling myself I should keep it a little tame and reserved. But literally every day I look at M3 lol. Beautiful example here, GLWS!

Wow! $3700 for accent trim. Not crazy about the trim but beautiful car regardless.

Lol bro you have been saying you have had a buyer lined up for a year. No M3 takes this long to sell if it's priced right. Anyone who would pay 77k for this car would be completely oblivious to the M3 market.

A buyer is waiting to hear back from his credit union on the purchase loan. If he is approved, then it's his. If not, a second buyer from New York will apply for a loan (he came to see the car last weekend and loved it, but the first buyer already agreed to purchase pending loan approval). That's the latest.

If you have issues getting a loan (or even think that this is a possibility) you should probably NOT buy the car.

It Would be interesting to see how the bank/credit union values this car - they must be using KBB values and it will be hard to justify this/current price.
