Anybody have subs or sound system upgrades?
My M4 is my daily driver and I'm not happy with the bass output. Anybody have sound systems? I want to add a sub or two for that extra kick.
If so what subs and amp did you use? What speakers? |

Personally I find that a sealed 10" is not enough, dual sealed (or ported, if you want) 10" does it for me. This is on ~1100W. Maybe a sealed 12" would do it, who knows. |

https://musicarcertified.com/product.../f32-upgrades/ This is phase one of my upgrade, a full base upgrade that added an OEM style corner mounted sub and a three channel amplifier. Two channels added more power to the OEM under-seat woofers while adding a band-pass filter that removed the sub-bass, turning the system into a 4-way system. I had them do a cabin upgrade after wanting even more after the full base upgrade. https://www.e90post.com/forums/showp...2&postcount=16 |

I’ve had Bavsound before. Not impressed.
Recently installed the Integral Audio Soundstage DSP Ultra system and even though my car has been up on a lift for a few weeks, the time I spent with it was worth the effort. https://integralaudio.com/soundstagedsp-ultra.html |

I'm pretty happy with my full bavsounds package (includes underseat subs) combined with the Musicar 10" sub system. From low volumes all the way till my ears bleed sound is crisp, clear, and amazing!
