Needless to say...Perfection. Imola "Was" my favorite red , eclipsed only by Ruby Red.

My good friend has an e46 m3 in imola red and it is an amazing color but after 15 years of the sun beating down on it it starts to fade rather horribly actually..

To bad the poor owner is going to get pulled over at every opportunity with that "Arrest me Red"

Love the color, but had something similar and it was trouble. Main reason I went to Mineral Grey.

Is there a reason we don't have a red available for purchase outside of individual options?

And that "arrest me red" has been debunked by some PhD researchers at either Florida or Florida St. I'll try to find the link but this actually used to keep me from red lol... I think it had more to do with owners of red cars like to drive like loons

I just dont know how I feel about the new headlights. For 1, I actually prefer the xenons, but the new leds with the black housing just look a bit out of place to me. On another note, the Imola is win X10000000

Yes, read a similar article. Grey was actually pulled over at a higher percentage than red. I have MG.

Anybody know how the Ferrari Red that I've seen on some F8x compare to this?

Knock on wood but I've had a better track record in MG than red and my MG car is way faster then the GTI I had. Perhaps I just got smarter with old age!

Looks great. Interestingly enough, im not digging the LCI headlights. They lost so much detail compared to the pre lcis

Agreed. They have an aftermarket look to them that doesn't seem like something that would come from the factory. Maybe they'll grow on me.

Imola red looks absolutely fantastic on the F80! Reminds me of the iND e90 from a few years ago.

Yes. It is not the color. It is being an "outlier" Basically at a glance you can see one car moving at a greater pace than the whole group.

I had an Imola Red E46M3. It was my second red car. Never got pulled over in it the 6 yrs I had it. And I don't drive slow.
