I'm nearly positive that photo was taken with an iPhone filter turned on.

I saw the M4 at Daytona, and I was very impressed. The pictures don't really do much justice to the car. It looks a lot meaner and beefier in person; very wide, well proportioned, aggressive, and Im sure with a nice drop, the stance will be menacing. The color in pictures doesn't do it justice either. I was on the fence about AY, but after seeing it in person, I'm pretty much sold. Its an exotic color, and definitely attracts attention. IMO, its a lot greener than what comes out in the pictures. Its a nice blend of green and gold, and with some tasteful cosmetic mods, the color is going to pop, and the car will be set. Overall, its a car that you have to see in person to fully judge it, its not a very photo friendly car.

It only looked green because it was reflecting green things (grass, trees) around it. There isn't a trace of green in AY.

I'm not saying it looked green. In other words, it's not as yellow/gold as some people say it is, and as it looks in some pictures. Again, it's a color you have to see in person, it doesn't come out right in pictures.

I saw this color this morning since I had asparagus last night for dinner.

AY, active sound, lighted M4 logos on seats, size close to M6 clearly designed for GC (rear seat *******, front and rear end only a drunk manager likes ... what's not to like!?

Next pls!!

That's just because of the camera's aperture getting smaller to account for the light being projected from the headlights. Makes the other areas appear darker than they really are.

Huh? What I'm referring to has nothing to do with the aperture (..the darker housing starts about 1" into the housing). If you look at any 4-Series headlight, it has a darker housing. Have you even seen a 4-Series headlight in person before?

*shrug* I'm just seeing shadows in the inner recesses of the housing. All of it still looks white and chrome to me. Not smoked/tinted or featuring any dark materials like some of Porsche's optional headlights.

I love you aajami, but you're blind! Here is a picture of my F30 335i headlight. The black plastic housing is easily visible here; the 4-Series headlight has the same design. It is this inner black plastic portion of the housing that gives the F30/32 the 'darker headlight' look (..and this is accomplished because the black reflects off of the 'chrome' in the headlight housing, causing a shadow effect of sorts).

You might need to get your eyes checked, dude. The inner portion of those headlights are definitely dark grey, not white.

I see it there now. In the two pics you posted previously, the bottom of the housing wasn't visible, and the only bits that were were all chromed out.

The color is absolutely sick in person, a lot more metallic is present than in any photo of the car.

I saw the car Sat. at Rolex 24.

No thanks…..!

They should of done something like Dakar or Speed Yellow. This color belongs to 70s or early 2000 where BMW tried Phoenix Yellow.

And I like yellow cars!
