I really like mine, too. They definitely help keep the lower side areas of the car free of debris.

Recently bought a full set from Tommy as well. The fronts are a piece of cake to install. The rears are a bit harder since you have to remove the wheel to do so. They look good, don't stick out like a sore thumb, and they protect the sides from rock chips while keeping them clean. It was a no-brainer for me after I saw what the first winter storm did to the car.

I have the front installed in my car for few months now. They blend in perfectly, you dont notice them at all if some are worried its gonna look like an WRX or an EVO.

The most important part is it DOES what its suppose to do, PROTECT your rear fender from all the debris. Mines already had small road rash from previous owner and thats without even having the spacers.
The bonus from this is that it DOES keep the doors and rear fender clean driving in the rain!

Got messages getting mudflaps or the film, well heres what to decide on:

If money isn't a problem get the film and mudflaps

If you want to save get the mudflaps.

Consider looking at your rear fenders, the lower parts of the door and if there scruffs/roadrash around then go get mudflaps and clean out the areas well.

Now if the locations I mentioned are all clear, no scruffs/road rash and just absolutely perfect then get the film.

If you are doing it for looks, dont get it. Get the film for the rear fender and lower parts of the door.

If you get the film just make sure you patch up all the scruffs and roadrash before getting the film because it would look 10x worse having the scruffs/roadrash and chipped paint underneath the film especially if you have an OCD or if you have that perfectionist side its going to bother you lol.

Wanted to post up since I recently installed some TLG flaps for my F80. I only installed the fronts because I don't have an aggressive enough rear offset to warrant installing the rears.

I should point out I spent the big $$ to get my car Xpel'd when I first picked up my F80 and the thing that made we want the flaps was all of the crud that gets stuck to the side of the vehicle. I live in the Pacific Northwest and I'm super busy so I don't get to wash my F80 as often as I'd like and I now have a 1.5 year old kid that likes to touch the sides of our cars and it's pretty gross what gets tossed onto the side of your vehicle at times.

For anyone else who lives in the PNW you know what kind of nasty rain we got these past few weeks. Well I'm happy to say that after a couple of weeks with the flaps on the amount of crud on the side is minimal to none. I've got mostly dirty water spots but not the nasty pile up of pine needles and squished slugs on the side of my ride. Today I noticed this nice clump of mud on the passenger side flap that would have otherwise ended up on the side of my ride so I decided to post up and give Tommy some props...

Thanks Tommy!

Definitely, rain here in the PNW can be a real mess.
