Just called local dealership in SoCal (Monrovia) for coupe and they confirmed:

39m / 15k miles
*58% residual
*MF .1130

Discount - Just $500 off sticker!

Anyone know of a CA dealership willing to discount at least 5% off sticker?

Stay away from Monrovia they are con artist! Anyway so the residual went up by 2%? But MF is also lower?

15k miles.

Back end numbers are fine. Knowing that there is a good front end margin of close to 10% that I cant negotiate kills the deal for me. Im sure the tables will turn in a year.

Agreed. You'd have to really want an M3/M4 right now to be willing to wade into the demand and hype surrounding them.

Seems like 2014 was the time to order. I called a few places that have F82 in stock, and I am getting no where close to the deal I got in 2014.

Yeah, been looking myself and finding the same here. I've been told to just wait until the summer when the CF issues are resolved and the 2016s are ready. For me the danger begins when the new C63S hits the streets.

Can someone confirm the reduction in MF? Last month was 130.

Also any change to cash incentives?

Confirm 39mo./10,000mi at 61%?

It's not 5% but I sent an email to Rusnak BMW in Westlake Village and I inquired about the Pullahead program for current year lease vehicles and they said they are participating and will take $2000.00 off MSRP, I'm sure thats just an entry to negotiating. I'm still shopping around to see what exactly I'm looking for. I do want an M4 though lol, but it seems a bit impractical. I would be jumping from an X5 to M4.

I emailed a few dealerships the money factor is .00130 and the residual on a 39 month lease is 58% @15k, 60% @12k, and 61% @ 10k

There is no pull ahead program active from BMWFS right now. If a dealer tells you they will help you with a pull ahead, they are trying to create a deal on their own. It's not impossible for that to work, but be careful. Chances are they will knock a few bucks off of the price of the car and tell you it's compensation for the double lease payments you'll be making.

On the other hand, when BMWFS runs a real pull ahead program, they actually end the lease early, and you are free to negotiate another deal with any dealer from scratch, not considering the pull ahead as part of the deal.

Beware.

Ah, brand new in January. That's not bad news - happy to be wrong.

Your forum advice is a little aggressive. Obviously, in context of my post I was trying to be helpful. Be my guest and keep that to yourself going forward.

Sorry, I haven't fully researched cash back or anything as of yet, I just sent out a few preliminary emails in regards to see what local dealerships are actually participating in the pull ahead program and what basic deals they will even start talking about. I went to Beverly Hills BMW and I told the sales rep about a few other dealerships offering me off MSRP and he called me a liar and told me that I was lying, I showed him the email and then he bit his words and said if I was interested he would talk to his sales manager. I politely declined.

Didn't even want to talk to me about figures. Unless I wanted to talk MSRP..

Cash back - monrovia bmw mentioned that the only diff between now and dec was the $1k holiday cash which would of lowered the payment by $30 monthly on a 39m lease.

personally, im going to hold off until supply levels off with demand. Im guessing my monthly could be at least $150 lower than current offers.

Not really true unless I'm thinking about this wrong.

Losing the $1000 holiday cash is more than offset by the increase of 2% on residual.

By my calculations it will save me about $15/mo.

Now that incentives are mentioned Last year oct was the best for most possible incentives
+$500 CCA
+$750 innovation on M4(500 on m3)
+$1000 un4gettable
+$1000 new grad

these couldve been all combined together I got all other incentives except innovation because it was not avail in sep

Plus oct had 1% higher residual than sep

Unfortunately, i signed the contract on sep 26th without innovation and with 1% less residual.....if i signed the contract like 5days later my pmt would have been about $60 lower

$60x36 = 2160 total loss during lease Its quiet a bit of loss for signing the contract 5days earlier!
