The 1000M M-performance wheels are a 20"-21" combo and they are shod with even wider 285/30R20 front and 295/25R21 tires, and it is true that is better balances the car.

They do look good but I'm curious how heavy they are. Considering the weight of the 666m, if they managed to improve the weight of them or still roughly the same heaviness.

Where is 02M3ForMe ?

Wasn't he using their video as argument for G8x. Now Robert says he tried to overlook the looks but is seriously thinking about putting it up for sale.

Funny how that segment of the video is labeled "M3 is bad".

The shitty design really does NOT grow on you.
Some serious buyers remorse.
There are 3 g80s for sale on Craigslist in the Pdx metro right now. Two dealers one private. They look so bad IRL I'm like $80k for that literal pile of shit

Today's cars of the day (…all on the same lot)….

The owner paid $100k over sticker for the GT3. The interesting thing about this location is it's stacked with high end cars in the middle of a gang infested area. It is owned by a couple of Asian dudes and we NEVER get crime calls here……EVER. I'm beginning to think the dealership is Asian-gang protected. The gang members in the area tag up everything, but this building is as clean as a whistle. No auto burglaries, no attempted vehicle thefts, no vandalism…..nothing.

Nice superman theme going with the blue on the outside and red inside, the upgrade to the GTS interior is definitely worth it for the more premium materials. Only thing I'd change is the wheels, I think color matching wheels will look really tacky, especially in blue.

Yah I can go either way on the wheels, I like ones from the S the best but obviously can’t get them on the GTS.

It looks good

Leaving off the rear wheel steering huh? It isn't THAT superman spec because it is mainly just "outlines" instead of like... full red leather which would make me go "Nope."

Yah still really torn on the PDCC/RWS.

I wish the Carrera classic wheels were available on the GTS, I really like the look of those.

They could have removed it, or just choose not to put it on. I know Porsche has this habit of removing certain things for cars because of reasons.

Love it when they do that randomly during a year >.>

Edit: That is why I didn't do the yellow contrast stitching like I had initially wanted to. They removed the Yellow Speedometer/Tach during the middle of 2021 for some reason. So... I just choose not to even though it would have looked better that way.

RWS is a revelation. PDCC I could live without.

On 2nd thought, I'd take the G80 over this......

https://www.bmwblog.com/2022/01/04/2...60-horsepower/

The G80 I might be able to blind myself daily (only in dark matte colors) but this new 7 render is on another level.

Not a huge fan of the color matched wheels. The RS Spyder wheel design look a lot better.

and the 6er rumor picks up steam:
a new rumor wants BMW actively considering the return of the 6-Series as a successor to both the 4-Series and 8-Series coupe and convertible models.

The rumor was initiated by automotive journalist Georg Kacher who spoke with BMW’s Development Director, Frank Weber, for the Australian magazine Wheels last week.

Citing sources from inside the Bavarian automaker, the journalist claims that the 6-Series could return in 2026, merging the 4-Series and the 8-Series into one, as the middle ground between them.

Kinda like the idea…I always disliked the decision to split up the 3-series into 3 and 4, this corrects that mistake and is a small step back to tradition..? Welcome news for a company that's been intent on firebombing their rich history recently

Looks good minn. I'm with others in that would not go with exterior colored wheels, honestly doesn't have a lot of wheel options which is surprising. RS Spyders look the best to me.

If you are ever going to do any type of performance driving with the thing or spirited driving, absolutely do the rear wheel steering, it is a game changer in performance and even steering feedback feel having driven both. PDCC is great if tracking, I'm going to say this and hopefully not regret it but hard to upset these cars with it, they are very predictable.

If going with the superman theme just go with the red calipers...they will scream "look at me, here I am, LOVE me!"* against that blue. *quote from cars.

Rims are tough. I like the ones you like, maybe get RS spyders and sell / switch. Maybe they will let you cxx it and get the rims you want.
