Fake Badges

Never understood who these people think they are fooling, anyone who knows what an M is can tell the difference.

I do find it funny putting a "cheaper" badge on a higher-end car, like this Bentley with a Hyundai badge. Although a VW badge would've been funnier

It's kind of admirable to see other people aspire to the brand so much. Most of us forget, but to most BMW owners owning an M car is a "someday" dream. So count your blessings.

I have a picture to post for you guys later ...

I have a 2015 335 XDrive M Sport and there is a total of 7 ///M logos on the car. The steering wheel, the 2 front door sills and the rims. This is how it came from the factory and I don't mind it because they are subtle nods to the ///M styling. I debadged the 335 and XDrive logos off the trunk because I feel they look "clunky" and If I had an ///M3, rest assured, that badge would come right off the trunk as well. Any true enthusiast can tell what model the car is by the exhaust, body lines, etc. I think it's comical when people slap ///M badges or stripes all over non ///M cars especially when a real ///M pulls up next to them at a red light. They should just be proud that they own a BMW period.

I don't know. It seems to me that most anyone who would note the M emblem would also note the bullshit, which makes it even lamer.
