Yea in tge group email I posted closer to the time we need to organize the SoCal caravan for those who don't live near the designated starting point. Usually there is a coordinator and they list the route they are taking and depending where you live you join in once they get close to you. They usually pick me up off the the 101 by my town

If it's last minute bring them and just give tony the cash when you see him. Also try to email him at least the night before so he can note it. There will always be a few who pay the day of im sure. I've done this before as well. As long as tony gets the money it's fine don't want to leave him hanging after all he doesn't make any money off this so if you don't pay it's coming out of his pocket which nobody wants to see

Yeah, I'm fine if some needs to pay the day off if they're not sure about coming yet but just let me know as soon as possible so I can let the caterer know. They usually have extra so it shouldn't be a problem unless someone a bunch of people decide to come last minute and we might not have enough food.

In the past I've just collected money at the event but it took a while and hard to keep track of who paid and that was with only 50-60 people. With about 100 people this time, I needed to do the PayPal thing and will print out the list and have wristbands. I'll have a few people to help so it'll go by fast.

Nope totally understand this guys!! Really excited about this. Going to buy a few more gopro batteries and memory cards now haha!!

just want to clarify there are a lot of people who are just coming for the lunch meet and not staying so if you are not interested in staying but still want to cruise up/down with he caravan have some lunch enjoy the afternoon and head home there is a lot of people doing that as well (including me)
