TE37 question

Ok, so the SL's come in 19x10.5 +35 and the M Spec in 19x11. I can save more money getting the SL's, but the look of the Mspec with a woder wheel is nice. Is there a noticable difference? Would the SL's provide that look of a wider wheel in the back woth 295's? Performance wise, is there a difference?

Is there a difference in how the wheel looks between Mspex and SL

I had 19x11 SLs with a 305/30 rear which I don't think you can do on the 10.5 but my memory is fuzzy.

I believe the the face looks to be more concave on the M Spec, as on the SL's it's flatter. I believe you can run a wider tire (305's) on the 19x11.

I think the face on the M Spec is more concave and may have a different style lip.

I am currently going through this myself.

Looking at either;
TE37 SL
19x9.5" +23 with 265/35/19
19x10.5" +34 with 295/35/19

OR

TE37 Ultra M-Spec
19x9.5" +23 with 265/35/19
19x11" +37 with 295/35/19

I had this dilemma when I ordered mine, I went for the Ultra M-Spec purely for the concave look. The rear is a Face 4 concave which I believe is the biggest concave they have for our cars. However they make Face 5 for GTR.

IMO the concave suites the curvy body lines of the M3/M4

I ended up ordering a set of the SL in bronze, but with the wait looking like November I have some to snatch up tires, tpms and all that.

19x9.5" +23 with 265/35/19
19x10.5" +34 with 295/35/19
