Paintless dent repair (PDR) on the rear wheel well

Anybody have PDR done on the rear wheel well? I had a mobile PDR guy come by, and he did a great job on the body dents, but couldn't get to the rear wheel well after many attempts from the trunk. Anybody get it done?

I called a more expensive PDR shop, and they said they can get it done. Wondering if they would need to drill from underneath.

Glue pulling is a possibility - problem is that area has double steel or something so they can't get to it from the bottom.
