If willing to travel to Wakefield, the full service can be done for £500.

In with that is Oil, oil filter, micro filter, both air filters, spark plugs, vehicle check, sump plug and reset idrive to show it's been done & idrive service history programmed.

For clarity & to avoid any misunderstanding, this is a cash price or bank transfer.
You will NOT get a receipt or invoice.

What you will get is everything else, done at a main dealership with genuine new parts.

Other services at comparative savings are available.

PM me for serious enquiries only please.
Do you have the business name and address?

Yours sincerely

HMRC.

That’s ridiculous. As I do about 6k miles a year I’ve probably got no chance of hitting 3rd service in 3 years

just booked my major year 2/36k service, and it's costing around £900 - and i am supplying my own oil

that is for oil/filter, spark plugs, brake fluid, air filters, cabin filters and all the other 'checks' etc

it started at £1360 (!!!), yet i got them down to what i feel is more reasonable price... even my S2000 was a £550 major service, so i think that's a lot more reasonable for this calibre of car

I haven't had a service done yet, my RIS is due soon, and I'm considering getting all my servicing done at a local independent specialist. Two guys who until last year had been M mechanics at a main dealer, left to start up on their own, they can deliver dealer expertise at a fraction of the cost without the dealer stamp... which isn't really an issue as you don't get stamps any more! They can upload the service to the main BMW database and reset the countdown so it all fits in with FSH. I didn't buy a F83 to cheap out but I don't trust my local dealers, wearing a BMW shirt doesn't make them wizards, I feel the indie guys have a lot more to gain from being better. Not sure what their costs are yet but they charged me £250 for a major service to my 430d which would have been near £550 at the main dealer.

Sorry, it's not. My son doesn't work for BMW presently. Hopefully he will again, but it won't be as a technician again, would be service manager.

Major Service

Just had a major service carried out by Lister's @ Boston for under £600. Full receipt given etc. I supplied my own oil and the car didn't have need for air filters as it already had performance panel filters fitted.
