If the ZCP is gonna bring the same crap as the previous models then I don't see why it would be worth to get one, specially to the folks who don't track their cars sorry

Could it be that Steve Thomas doesn't quite have allocations or is the statement about allocations not true?

I would love to see an M4 with a comp package including 500HP, M perf exhaust w CF tips, lowered 1 inch front and back on upgraded M suspension, and no chrome anywhere and let us do the rest! I'll take care of my wheels, tires, and aesthetics!

Likely it will include a 15 hp bump like it did on the M5. Likely a dream - but man I would like to see some further features around reducing weight. Sort of like how Porche has offered a "lightweight package".

No surprise that it's looking like MY17 not MY16.
Power bumps are not needed but always fun but I wouldn't get the CP as I personally don't want the drop. My new house is in the hills and right now the breakover angle on the F80 is worse than my E92 to the point it scrapes at points on my driveway. No way I could drive it if it was any lower and, until I get around to having the driveway redone, it's 1-ton pickups and no more GT3s for me for the time being. |

not sure what your looking at. David checked nothing there. Post what your looking at, that may clear things up.

If ZCP was truly coming out for MY17 (which I did believe until these suspension parts starting showing up in the system) why not add the parts closer to MY17 production? Adding ZCP parts before even MY16 production makes no sense to me.
I'd be very amused if the M3 gets an LCI and the M4 gets ZCP... You M3'ers can't have all the goodies!! |

Either way, I still think it's weird to have parts showing up in the system. There is simply no reason these parts should be showing up unless the announcement is around the corner. Given the last announcement was six months in advance, maybe it'll be available for the 2nd half of 2016... http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=342742 |

There is going to be some kind of mid year update for the 4 series range when they engine update from 435 to 440 in march. Maybe they are planning some updates to the M4 as well at this time including a ZCP especially if they update as a 2017 model or 2016.5.
