Part Number for Middle of Steering Wheel

I just picked up my 2018 M4 and the steering wheel is scratched to the lower left of the BMW symbol in the middle of the steering wheel.

Is it possible just to replace the round part in the middle of the steering wheel, where the BMW emblem is, without replacing the entire steering wheel ?

If so, does anyone have a part number ?

That's the the air bag unit.
