You will need our Firmware update + Fullscreen.
M version doesn't suport Fullscreen.

I can’t send you PM.
You can visit BIMMER-REMOTE.com and check the products we offer.

You will need either just Fullscreen activation or Firmware + Fullscreen depends on your current software.

Shout out to Kubax over at bimmer-remote.com for taking care of me on this Sunday afternoon. The process was so easy to get started and it worked flawlessly. His communication is instant and he is very accommodating. Zero lag, zero issues. Make sure you have the wifi antenna installed and you are set. Thank you Kubax!

I have a NBTevo_Q version, which I believe means I would need a PC/connection to the car to make this work and not a simple USB? Can you advise/DM me re costs and procedure?

If you already have CarPlay you need our Fullscreen activation.
If you don't have CarPlay yet - you'll need CarPlay + Fullscreen.

Big up for Kubax86. I tried everything to get Apple Carplay on my 2018 M3 and I thought it was a lost cause until I found this thread.

I thought the process would be daunting but Kuba was patient with my many questions, he helped me understand the process, and once set up I had my idrive updated to the latest version and full screen Carplay going. I struggled without Carplay as I had it in my previous car, and I am so happy I have it back.
