How do I use this? Meaning do I have to call Bmw to set it up since it's under somebody else's name?

freddyfcs I've called the number on the voucher, in order to transfer I would need your full name, email, phone number. Once completed they will email you a voucher with the voucher number and removing my VIN number off of it.
