[Canada] About to pull the trigger on a 2016 F82 M4. [Km's]

Car is pretty clean, has 40k kilometres. Not optioned out or anything..pretty barebones. Has the exact look that I want.. price is 52k CAD and dealer is not inclined to budge much. Going to get a PPI done but a couple things I wanted to get peoples opinion on here:

The car was previously leased and I wonder how well it was taken care of with how people typically throw lease cars around? Does this make anyone wary?

Looking at the service history here I would have liked to have seen more frequent oil changes (they are probably just going by manufacturer recommendations which is less frequent then most people who know these cars actually do them):

Anything else to be aware of or look out for? Would have liked the sport exhaust and obviously a better market for buyers as from what I understand the market for used cars right now is as hot as its ever been but life is a bit too short and I wont be travelling for awhile.

I bought my 2016 M4 2 years ago so a bit newer fully optioned 28k kilometres for 60k. MPE exhaust as well.

As far as i am concerned with 40k on the dash (i now have 52k), stripper model, 52k sounds about right in this market to be fair.

Anywhere from 50-55 with that low mileage is fair. In regards to leases, uhm generally people who own M cars take care of them in general as they are enthusiasts but chances are with a lease there is no reason for the individual to not drive it hard.

In general though these cars are bullet proof so i wouldn't worry, make sure no accident on record and get the car PPI'd.

A few points of concern i would get your mechanic to look at is:

1. Top mount intercooler, check for leaks
2. Check the rotors and pads, if these are worn to bits, this car was driven hard, not a deal breaker but just a point.
3. Check undercarriage, control arms, bushing, etc., you can tell if it was babied or thrashed.

I would bet my money it was babied, people who have money to lease these things generally can move from car to car without worry.

Also check rear diff for seal leaks and also the normal coolant tank.
