I haven’t installed it yet. I got the 750 cc injectors to start. I still haven’t decided if I’m doing meth though.

Here’s a few pics of the underside of my manifold with the meth bungs.

The inside is rough like a medium grit sandpaper but nothing that would cause any flow issues in my opinion. The last few inches of each runner was polished up but the rest of the manifold has the sandpaper like texture. Here is a closer pic of inside the plenum.

I love that they included 5 extra bungs. Can use one of them to tap boost properly POST-THROTTLE. I ordered mine in clear powdered. Will post pics when it arrives

I have one of these too. Got mine powdercoated. I wonder how it will perform. Chose this over the Fuel-It kits because I'm not spending that much money on something that literally just uses a spacer.

x622 Do you guys think this Snow meth rail kit would fit underneath the EoS manifold? I was thinking to remove the Snow spacer and plumb the nozzles right into the EOS? It looks like the hardlines are already in the shape we need. I really wanted to add a mini check-valve on each port too... doubt that could fit. Might need the soft lines or braided to fit those inline.

I'll let you guys in on my port Meth research...
- Even though port Meth provides the most even distribution per port you still need to watch out for a clogged nozzle running a cylinder lean (when Meth is used for fueling). F80Paul prefers J pipe meth more for cooling IAT than adding power. If you are careful to check logs for any cylinders pulling timing, or fueling trims off, you can reduce port Meth risk before glory runs. Paul says run E with more PI volume to fuel, and spray J/CP to cool (with minor power add). - One downside of spray meth is that the nozzle and tubing run dry from heat when not in-use, so you should account for that in my fuel rail idea. That's why I think to get a mini check valve installed right after each nozzle, so only the nozzle volume dries, and the rail and lines stay primed. - The "Plan A" rail kit is pricey and has straight nozzle holders, which stick straight out so the rail may not clear the DME. - My "Plans B and C" for closer fitment are the non-rail hardline 6-port add on kit (B), and the same kit with nylon lines (C). These seem to include the 90deg nozzle holders. Pix added below with part numbers. No answer from EOS yet, either email or Instagram...

I had this filter installed in my previous car meth set up.https://www.aemelectronics.com/produ...jection-filter
Pump->filter->solenoid->check valves->nozzles, I never had a nozzle issue. I logged my car weekly and decided to clean meth nozzles every 6 months even if STFT were ok. Never had build up when I inspected/cleaned inline filter or nozzles but the AEM solenoid and check valves were another story for some strange reason I went thru a few. I tried these and within a month they leaked by, cleaned put back in and leaked again within a short time and I removed them for good. Ended up blowing motor due to a leaky solenoid. http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/...eck-valve.html Now I have an M but leery of using meth again lol. Call me chicken, I have scars hahaha.

I see your point of preventing particulate from coming down the lines, but Paul said the nozzle clog can also come from inside the intake runner. Some debris and buildup can come back from the valve area. That's why he likes J or CP bungs. I would only run port Meth nozzles for the cooling factor, not for fueling. If doing Meth for fueling I would run it through the PI side.

This looks Very Purty! Would there be any sense in installing this even if your aren't going to be porting Meth? … along with the new Vargas cover! Just to get rid of all that plastic clogging our engine bays!

You know you don't want a smooth surface and that this finish promotes greater laminar flow right?

That's gonna be a tight enough plumbing job up top. The bottom would need a lot of playing to fit nozzles somewhere...maybe? This makes me lean towards PI over nozzles. Nozzle maintenance would require removing the whole manifold...
As for the airflow, and polished versus textured, our fuel doesn't touch the intake so no need for rough surfaces to maintain atomization unless you're doing bung meth in the J. Otherwise for DI/PI polished runners should give highest air flow. The head's intake ports should be textured to keep PI atomization, with the chamber and exhaust port highly polished to prevent buildup.

i feel like only something like this with really low profile nozzle holders would work.
run the nozzles in series, with the solenoid at one end. That would greatly reduce the total hose length required I wouldn't worry about the nozzles farthest from the solenoid getting starved. all 6 should pressurize almost instantly at 200psi once the solenoid opens. This is likely what I'll be doing with the EOS manifold for my setup

You'd have to measure it, but you could probably weld some additional bungs higher up above the PI and still have enough clearance. I don't have any pics of the underside, but it was tight with the DME

Oh derp, I didn't see the question. I did it because I wasn't going to pay for a fuel-it kit which is literally just a spacer when I could get a whole manifold and built a better kit for less money. I'm in AZ so I'm going to run it this year and see if I need that thermostat or not, but an upgraded setrab oil cooler is on my list.
