Top mount bolt backing out: GC Camber Plates

2nd time it's happened since installed on the car for 2 months now. Both times on the passenger side top mount. Any thoughts and suggestions. PS - where can I buy a countersink tool. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like there’s not enough tension on the threads to lock it in place. Either the threads on the shaft are worn or the nut is/wrong loose pitch.
You can try blue loctite or a Bellevue washer to put tension on the nut from spinning.

Countersinks can be bought at your local harbor freight, McMaster, Home Depot or lowes. Depends on the size and angle you want.
